Our commitment
We aim for compliance with the WCAG 2.1 AA standard (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). This covers the four founding principles: perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
Methods applied
Keyboard navigation
All core features are accessible without a mouse (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Esc). Interactive elements have a visible focus state.
Screen reader compatibility
Content is structured with semantic tags (headings, lists, landmarks) and appropriate ARIA labels. Tested with NVDA and VoiceOver.
Contrast and readability
Colors meet a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for body text. Font size remains adjustable via your browser settings.
Known limitations
We stay honest about areas that are still imperfect:
- Some analytics charts do not yet have a complete text alternative.
- The Chrome extension has not been fully audited for screen reader compatibility.
- The rich message editor has known limitations for some formatting actions when navigating only by keyboard.
